Aaron received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology: Concentration in Athletic Training, in 2007, from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Aaron joined Western Orthopedics & Sports Medicine July of that year and currently works as DME and Sports Outreach Coordinator. In June 2008, Aaron became a certified Athletic Trainer. He actively participates in the Western Orthopedics & Sports Medicine's Sports Outreach Program.
