Patients are seen by appointment only.

Cancellation

If you must change or cancel an appointment, please give us at least one day's notice.

Telephone Calls & Emergencies

During Office Hours: Our personnel are well trained to answer most of your questions. If they are unable to help you, a doctor will return your call as soon as possible.

After Office Hours: Our phone is answered 24 hours a day; a doctor is always on call. In case of an emergency, go to the emergency room of the hospital of your choice and have the ER staff contact the physician on call.

Prescriptions & Refills

Prescriptions and refills are issued during regular office hours only. After hours and weekends NO prescriptions are addressed. Please plan ahead and allow up to 48 hours for prescription request.
