Patrick A. Sillix, DO
Dr. Sillix obtained his Undergraduate Degrees in Chemistry and Biology, with honors, from University of Kansas and his D.O. Medical Degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri in 1978.
He completed his internship at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan and a four year Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Rotation in Dayton Children's Hospital and a Hand Surgery Rotation at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Sillix moved to Grand Junction in 1983. He has served as Chief of Staff at both Community Hospital and Hilltop Rehabilitation Hospital, as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Community Hospital as a Board of Trustee to the Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine, and President of the Mesa County Medical Society.
He has two grown sons residing in California and enjoys fishing, camping, boating, skiing and the Western Colorado lifestyle.
