Jesse earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Performance and Wellness: Concentration in Athletic Training from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado in 2005. Jesse earned a Master of Science degree in Psychosocial Aspect of Sport from the University of Utah in 2007. While there, she served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving teams.

Jesse joined Western Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in the summer of 2007 and works as a clinical assistant as well as an athletic trainer for the Mesa State College Wrestling Team. She gained National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) in 2007. Jesse actively participates in the Western Orthopedic & Sports Medicine's Sports Outreach Program.
